Service Description

A 60 minute consult. Suitable if you have a few questions about your animal's care or you don't feel that you need the support that a program provides. Includes: > review of holistic health questionnaire / vet records etc > consult > recording of the consult > detailed email summarising Ruth’s recommendations coming out of the consult Please note, this service does not include a wellbeing plan. If you would like a wellbeing plan please book the Holistic Wellbeing Program or Be Well Program, which includes a 90 minute consult, wellbeing plan and more. Cancellation Policy

Please note, if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, 48 hours notice is appreciated. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, 50% of your advance payment will be retained and the remaining 30% refunded. If you paid a deposit only, 100% of the deposit will be retained. This is to honour the time that Ruth has set aside for you and your animal, that is not able to be booked by another client, plus any time Ruth has spent in preparing for your session. Should an amount be refunded, that amount will exclude any applicable card / PayPal transaction fees (up to 3.5%). Thank you for your understanding.
